Certificate III in Retail Baking (Combined) FDF30710

A combined apprenticeship providing entry-level training in bread baking and pastry making designed to give a dual trade outcome. The apprentice will undertake the following:

  • Prepare and bake bread loaves, rolls and fancy breads, and

  • Mix, bake, fill, ice and decorate all kinds of cakes and pastries in large and small-scale bakeries.

There are 20 units to be undertaken - 17 Core Units and 3 Elective Units.
